A club is only as good as the people it attracts. We are fortunate to have a group of wonderful people at the Peterborough Schutzhund Club. From schutzhund beginners to schutzhund pros, we embrace everyone with an interest in the sport.
Hans Vlug
Hans is the founding member of the Peterborough Schutzhund Club and the Training Director. He has been training and competing in schutzhund since 1987.
Hans is currently training Zita. His glowing personality make training days a treat for all club members! It’s appropriate that he lives in Mount Pleasant!
Donna Glass
Donna has been a club member for 2 years. She began training with Timber (BH).
The dog shown is her new dog, Kira. We are looking forward to good things!
Kurt Kramer
Kurt began schutzhund 58 years ago. Returning from a 50 or so year hiatus, he is now working with his dog Castor.
Adrian King
Adrian has been a member with the club for just over a year. Rocky has been improving greatly!
Jesse Wilson
Jesse assists with the helper duties. He is planning to get a dog to train in the future.
Arlen Renalagan
Arlen was introduced to GSD’s by his grandfather, Bob, who has been involved with the breed for nearly 70 years. He hopes to continue this tradition by becoming a helper and a handler with the club.
